Are you standing in the way of your dream life & health?

YOU HAVE ALWAYS BEEN IN CONTROL (OR WILL DIE TRYING). FOLLOWING YOUR DREAM AND PUTTING OTHERS FIRST BUT BEING SO PASSIONATE AND BUSY HAS ITS TOLL.

You’re one smart cookie so to get your groove back, you started to dabble with crossfit, yoga, vegan, or gluten free (okay, maybe you’ve thought about it).

After all that searching for the perfect exercise and meal plan via pinterest, you were left more confused and a new found raised level of anxiety that you will never be able to lose that extra weight, clear that adult acne and stop stress eating before your sister's wedding or dream job interview!

And Girl, I TOTALLY GET IT.

I’ve been there myself. Bookshelves and pinterest boards filled to the brim with meal plans, food hacks, healthy recipes, yoga, meditations, you name it. I knew all the ‘right’ things to be doing yet I was constantly at healthy overwhelm standstill. And quite frankly anxious and stressed AF.

I woke up everyday feeling flabby, fatigued but mostly just freaking the "F" out! And my perfectionist self wasn’t having any of that.

I truly believed that nothing would ever change.

All the sweets and carbs in the world wouldn’t satisfy my testy and stressed out stomach, I was famished. I was well on my way into my "dream" or "planned" life but why did I feel like I was spiraling out of control hot mess? I was desperately trying to control anything I could but nothing was working whatsoever.

Shortly after a failed new year’s quick fix diet resolution and a seemingly endless social media scroll binge, I pledged to only eat fresh food and practice meditation for 30 days. These two steps were just the beginning of a long and still running ‘perfectionist recovery’. Which is now a couple of years worth of passionate research and self testing (yes, I’ve probably tried every superfood in Whole Foods + breathing technique out there) on how to clean up my diet, lifestyle and most importantly my thoughts.

SOMETHING SWITCHED ON,

For the first time in my life, I stopped feeding my fears.

Yes, I started eating healthier, more importantly I was able to reprogram my mind. I learned how important your mind and attitude are not just for maintaining a healthy lifestyle but for flourishing. Your mind body connection is a scientifically proven phenomenon, ladies. Not just the stereotypical hippie-dippy crap. The more I learned to switch my mind from anxiety ridden thoughts, I was able to make easier step by step choices to improve my health + life.

This became quite addicting. I couldn’t stop helping my friends and family with their health and wellness concerns. People, I got my parents to do a juice cleanse! At that point, I knew this was more than just a passion. I found my mission in life: to empower others to feel and be their best. Which led me to go back to school to become a certified Holistic Health Coach to help others decode the wealth of health knowledge to take back control of their diets, minds and lives. As we work together, I will show you how to add in healthy food and happy thoughts into your busy routine and before you know it you will be a walking-talking-picture of radiant health and ready for your dream life!

As a fellow recovering perfectionist -I have lived and learn first that that it's crucial to put the oxygen mask on yourself BEFORE helping others. Come on ladies, I can hear the eye rolls from here. I am here to show you that yes, you are worth it. You are enough. And that all this self care mumbo-jumbo actually works AND is something manageable you can add into your routine.
