Caitlin's journey began at the age of 18 when she experienced a painful rejection from the hit show America's Next Top Model, which deeply affected her relationship with her body and food. However, Caitlin didn't let this setback define her. She persevered and went on to have a successful modeling career while becoming a certified health and nutrition coach.

Caitlin's mission is to empower individuals to feel strong, healthy, and confident, focusing on both physical wellbeing and profound self-realization. She believes in bridging the gap between Western and holistic medicines, combining the best of both worlds to create a comprehensive approach to health and wellness.

 

Finding Acceptance:

During our conversation, Caitlin shared how her journey led her to an important realization – that accepting and loving our bodies is essential for a fulfilling and vibrant life. She holds certifications from the IIN Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Precision Nutrition, and ACE Fitness, and her methods have helped numerous individuals achieve their health goals.
